2. Shipping Policy

 

• We offer domestic shipping throughout the United States and international shipping options.

• Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after processing.

• International Orders: For shipping rates and options, please email us at contact@tjfrankpottery.com. Delivery times will vary based on location and customs processing.

• Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or customs.

 

3. Returns and Exchanges

 

• Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receipt.

• We’ll ask for photos of the damage to process a replacement or store credit.

• All custom orders are non-refundable.

 

4. Custom Orders

 

• We welcome custom pottery requests! Please email us to discuss your ideas and get a quote. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start custom work, with the remainder due before shipping.

 

5. Care Instructions

 

• To maintain the quality of your pottery, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and avoiding extreme temperature changes. Most items are food-safe, but hand washing is advised for longevity.
